Generally, no, but we are happy to discuss this option with you.
Are You Registered with Help to Buy?
Help to Buy has been discontinued by the Government.
What Heating Do You Install?
Our properties have gas-fired central heating, controlled by a smart thermostat.
Do You Have High-Speed Broadband in the Properties?
Where possible, we always install and connect to high-speed fibre optic.
Can I Have Sky Fitted in My Property?
We do not offer that service, but the properties are pre-wired so that your Sky technician can connect you.
Will My Garden Be Turfed?
Yes, we provide a fully turfed garden for your new home.
Is My Property Freehold or Leasehold?
All our houses are freehold, and our apartments are on long leases usually 999 years. Please refer to your solicitor for further details.
How Much Is My Management Charge and/or Ground Rent?
As Freshwater Estates is the freeholder, we aim to keep management charge and ground rents to a minimum. This will be clearly set out in your lease for complete transparency.
Do You Have Cladding?
We avoid cladding on our properties – we render the properties instead.
