Unlike some of the larger housebuilders, we do not roll out standard house types and designs. Each development is distinctive, unique and built to reflect its surroundings. What’s more, we mainly use natural materials such as slates, handmade clay roof tiles along with uPVC or timber windows and doors.
Quality is reflected in the final elevations of our developments and give them a more traditional feel, along with being safe, energy efficiency, and low maintenance. We invite our customers to visit the site during various stages of construction, depending on when the property is purchased, and even choose their own tile and kitchen designs.
All our new built properties are covered by a ICW 10 year structural warranty.
Customer Care and Aftersales
Throughout the buying process, we will be with you every step of the way to offer advice and guidance (should you require it) you will be in direct contact with both the Site Manager and our carefully selected Estate Agents, when you need it. We also take great pride in our aftersales service, ensuring that snagging queries are dealt with by the same team as the buying process.
